The story begins with a dominatrix and her submissive prisoner, the "toilet guy." She introduces him to a new form of torment called scat play - forcing feces into someone's mouth until they can't breathe. The first time they try this, she forces a metal plate into his mouth before sealing his lips with her anus and filling his throat with her feces until she deems it unsafe.
