In the final installment of the Scat-Girls series, the young women find themselves navigating an extreme form of toilet slavery. These newly-indoctrinated "scat-girls" have been trained to not only use human waste as a form of fertilizer but also to consume it. The idea being that by doing so, they can become one with the earth and ultimately bring about a new era of environmental consciousness.
Despite their reservations, they continue to serve their masters in this twisted way of life. They are now completely reliant on him for their basic needs, including food, water, and even air. Their bodies have become accustomed to the foul stench and taste of feces, making it difficult for them to maintain any semblance of a normal lifestyle.
One day, while tending to the garden that they have helped nurture with their own excrement, they are shocked when their master reveals that he plans to take things even further. He intends to begin using their bodies as living fertilizer pills – swallowing them whole and allowing his waste to break down inside them. At first, they are horrified by the idea, but as he presents it as a necessary sacrifice for the greater good, they begin to feel confused and helpless.
In an attempt to maintain control over their situation, they agree to the arrangement on the condition that they will be allowed to watch and learn from each other as they pass through this dark phase of their existence. Together, they decide to document their journey in hopes that it might inspire others to question the status quo and push for positive change in the world.
