I need to go again. Fourth time today. I go to the bathroom, pull down my pants and sit over the container I keep ready. I push slowly. It comes out and settles at the bottom. Tomato seeds and bits of carrot from the lunch soup are clearly visible in it. I check that nothing is left behind. I collect all of it, close the jar, seal it and prepare the package. As always, nothing gets wasted. It ships tomorrow.
