As the sun began to rise, Sarah awoke to the sound of birds chirping outside her window. Today was going to be a hot one, and she longed for a day spent lounging by the lake with her friends. After getting dressed, she grabbed her beach bag and headed out to meet them at their usual spot.
The drive was beautiful, winding through the countryside with lush green fields on either side of the road. They were almost there when Sarah felt an unexpected urge to relieve herself. She pulled the car over to the side of the road, opened her door, and climbed out. As she walked towards the tall grass at the edge of the field, she felt a warm trickle between her legs.
She stopped and looked down, suddenly realizing that she had forgotten to use the bathroom before leaving. Embarrassed, she crouched down and quickly peed into the grass. As she did so, she felt a strange sense of relief wash over her. The cool air against her bare skin and the sensation of her pee hitting the ground was oddly satisfying.
When she stood back up, she couldn't help but notice how good she felt. She took a deep breath of the fresh country air, feeling invigorated and alive. Without thinking, she looked around and realized that no one was around. She felt a sudden burst of courage and stepped forward into the tall grass.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, letting it out slowly as she felt the grass brush against her bare legs. Then, she lowered herself down into a squatting position and released her bowels. A warm, comforting sensation washed over her as she let go, pee mixing with her feces in the grass below.
As she finished and stood back up, she felt incredibly light and free. She looked down at the grass, now stained with her waste, and knew that she would never forget this moment. Without another thought, she went back to the car and continued on her journey.
Later that day, as they lounged by the lake, Sarah couldn't help but feel different. She couldn't quite explain it, but she felt more connected to nature, more in tune with her own body. Her friends laughed and splashed around, oblivious to the change within her. She smiled to herself, knowing that this shared secret would stay with her forever.
